Eve is a Clinical Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist who is dedicated to supporting well-being and balance through a holistic, root-cause and evidence-based approach. She is the founder of the THRIVE Clinic in Nottinghamshire, established in 2017, and now consults from the Hale Clinic on Harley Street, bringing her expertise in nutritional therapy to London.
Her work is deeply rooted in the synergy between nature and science. She combines traditional naturopathic principles with cutting-edge advancements in nutritional science and clinical assessment, while also drawing on her deep intuitive awareness of the body’s natural rhythms and imbalances.
Eve believes that the body is always working to achieve balance, and with the right nourishment and support, health can be optimised and re-balanced. She sees the body as a whole, recognising the deep connections between mind, body, and overall well-being, rather than isolating symptoms.
With an innate ability to tune into the body’s signals, Eve often picks up on subtle patterns and imbalances that may not yet be visible through testing alone. By blending this intuitive insight with comprehensive health assessments, she develops highly individualised, evidence-informed protocols, helping her clients reconnect with their bodies and restore balance in a way that feels both grounded and transformative.
Her approach is nurturing yet deeply analytical, allowing for a truly integrative and personalised path to well-being.
Eve’s passion for holistic well-being started in childhood, growing up with a mother who used herbal medicine and traditional remedies to care for her family. This early connection to nature’s healing power shaped the way she sees health today—working with the body, not against it, and recognising the wisdom of both nature and science.
Beyond her clinical work, Eve is currently training with the East Midlands Ambulance Service to volunteer as a Community First Responder, expanding her understanding of frontline healthcare and emergency response. She has also been invited to share her expertise on local TV and radio, including BBC Radio Nottingham and Notts TV, where she has provided insights on nutrition, naturopathy, and holistic health.
What to Expect in a Consultation
Eve uses comprehensive assessments to take a precise and personalised approach to client care. However, she also recognises that whilst clinical assessments provide valuable insights, they can sometimes focus too narrowly on individual markers, missing the bigger picture of whole-body health. To bridge this gap, Eve applies a traditional naturopathic perspective, ensuring that any testing she undertakes is interpreted within a holistic, person-centred framework.
