Dr Rajendra Sharma

Dr Rajendra Sharma, MB BCh BAO LRCP&S (Ire) MFHom, is a fully qualified GMC and CQC registered doctor who has practiced in Conventional, Functional and Complementary medicine for over 35 years.

He is a Member of the Faculty of Homeopathy, Homeopathy International, a member of the Federation of Nutritional Therapy Practitioners, and a member of The British Society for Ecological Medicine where he served as Secretary and contributed to their Education Modules. He is also currently on the Advisory Board of Health-e-Learning, an emerging on-line educational platform, where he will be a lecturer.

His special interest is working with patients who have chronic conditions and illnesses and optimizing health through integrating different forms of medicine - nutritional, traditional, conventional and CAM – whatever is likely to work best.

His patient base includes those:

• who find themselves unresponsive to conventional therapy,

• told there is no alternative to orthodox drugs

• undergoing treatment that is toxic.

Dr Sharma emphasises the importance of diagnosing the underlying causes of illness. This encompasses consideration of:

• A full and chronological medical history – when were you last well?

• Tests, only when necessary, from all areas of investigations from Conventional and Functional Medicine.

• Hormonal imbalance (Thyroid, Oestrogen Dominance etc.),
