She graduated from the prestigious British School of Osteopathy with Distinction, having previously undergone a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Biomedical Sciences at King’s College London.
Gwyneth has amassed a rich experience base of patients of different socio-economic backgrounds with various musculoskeletal problems, such as frozen shoulder, sciatica or neck pain (plus much more). The combination of strong structural skills, in addition to well-developed cranial techniques, means that Gwyneth is also able to managebeyond musculoskeletal problems, for example, in expectant & post partum women, and throughout the age spectrum, including babies and children.
As a keen tennis player, and previous women’s captain for Kings College London, Gwyneth has a special interest in managing sports injuries in athletes, dancers, and those generally keen on keeping fit. She is aware of the importance of the need to return to normal function, and is therefore focused on manipulation & massage techniques, efficient rehabilitation, posture, and prescribing exercises to prevent further injury. This well-rounded approach is adopted for all patients, including management of conditions such as osteoarthritis in the elderly, as well as posture & work-related pains.
